This is an continuing experiment. It started out as simply a fun little diversion for Mythos members, but now I'm hoping it can be something more... a show that people from various Jedi communities can enjoy. It will continue to be a light talk show format type show, but expect some fun bits of quirkyness too. We'll see how it goes.

The first few shows were called Kjdi Radio, to signify that I was in the west coast. Because of various circumstances, I wasn't able to continue the program, and had to move. Now that I'm back in the east, and restarting the show, the second series will be called Wjdi, not just to signify what part of the US I'm in, but also to show that this is the new series. The old shows will still be provided, and hopefully I'll be able to recover some of the old side recordings I had.

If you guys have slow connects, like dial-up, sorry... -_- . I'll do my best to make them smaller. I'd like to cut it down to like 5 megs on average (haven't done so yet, but I'm working on it), and I'm also thinking of making streaming Real Audio files so that you'll be able to hear it off the web. I'll probably zip the mp3's too.

Again, this is an experiment right now. If you can, check it out, and feedback is always appreciated.

Oh, and before I forget, please heed this following statement. This can't be stressed enough....

If you are going to listen to an mp3 file individually, please download the file to your harddrive first. That's what they are made for, to be listened to off your own drive. If you'd rather stream, you will have to click on the above link (note the streamed shows are played in a fixed loop). DO NOT STREAM THE INDIVIDUAL SHOWS!

Thank you.

Wjdi show ep:1.

Here it is... the first of the second series! Sah'ar and new co-host Jitka discuss several news bits, as well as rant a little about the Star Wars prequels.

Don't worry, it'll be better structured later. File size: 13 megs.

Intro: Black Belt Jones Theme
Artist: Dennis Coffey

Outro: Hardcore
Artist: DJ Shadow

Wjdi show ep:2.

Well well well, a second show is up, and with a guest to boot. Sah'ar, Jitka, and guest Aicerno discuss about some of the absurdities of life today. Also, Jit heads off the newly structured "news bits" part of the show. File size: 13 megs

Intro: Brekadawn
Artist: De la Soul

Outro: Soukora
Artist: Ry Cooder

Wjdi show ep:3.

And another show. This one is focused simply on Episode 3 news tidbits, from the games coming out that are based on the upcoming film, to new information about the last instalment of the Star Wars saga. Oh, and opinions of course. Lots of opinions.

Expect more EP 3 shows as the movie date draws nearer. ;) File size: 10 megs.

Intro: Back From Space
Artist: Amon Tobin

Outro: Cold Fresh Air
Artist: Higher Sense

Wjdi show ep:4.

At long last, here's show number four, the one that some people have had a problem hearing. It's too bad, since it's a good one. Jit and Sah'ar have a nice discussion on the ill affects of modern American culture on intelligence, started off by a reading from an essay written on the same topic. Also, as usual, more Star Wars news, this time on the Original trilogy DVD's (though by this time, you know all about them already).

By the way, this is a loooong show, just under an hour (the start of an ugly trend). Hopfully it will still be interesting for you guys. File size: 20 megs. (Ouch.)

Intro: Inner Universe, from the Anime Ghost in a Shell
Artist: Origa

Outro: Niten Ichi Ryu
Artist: Photek

Wjdi show ep:5.

Show number 5! In this one we talk about some of the philosophy that's in Star Wars lore, and how many people, even many in the whole "Jedi community", just haven't grown up with it. We also delve into the whole "Jedi religion" argument some more. Also two nice peices of ep3 related info announced in the news.

This is yet another long one.... we seem to talk our heads off these days... 20.5 megs (again, sorry...)

Intro: Changling
Artist: DJ Shadow

Outro: R.I.P.
Artist: Remarc

Wjdi show ep:6.

After long last, we finally get up off our asses and do another show. And we must warn you... it's the most random and messed up show I think we've ever recorded. Sah'ar, Jitka, and guest Alora Yume discuss Star Wars, the Lifeblood story arc going on in the Mythos boards, Jedi garment making, swords, and then... well, just about anything that pops into their heads.. Considering how twisted they are, what's in their heads ventures straight into the weird and disturbing. You've all been warned.

Seriously, this might just be one of our funnier shows. Check it out. File size: 18 megs.

Intro: Pick Up
Artist: Bonobo

Outro: Snowplowed Takeover
Artist: Meatsock

Wjdi show ep:7.

Ok, this one isn't nearly as random as the last one, so for those of you who like structure, don't worry. We picked an interesting topic too: the redundancy of the many Jedi sites out there, and how many of the old timers have gotten burnt out over it all. Leading it is guest Alcadnder Caedmon, one of these burnt out old timers (and current resident of Mythos... woot!). Alora once again joins the show as well.

Some really interesting viewpoints get tossed around in this one. Worth a listen if you want to hear some different ideas about the state of the various Jedi boards and websites. Warning: it's a little over an hour. File size: 23 megs.

Intro: Chicken in a Box
Artist: Mr Scruff

Outro: Clocks
Artist: Coldplay. Remixed by M. Sainte

Wjdi show ep:8.

Taking a bit of a break from serious topics, this show takes a look at the entries for the 3rd Lightsabre choreography contest that was held at TheForce.Net. We basically go through all 27 entries, and critique all of them. Some were (to be blunt) rather bad, and we don't mince any words. Keep in mind that we recorded this show after several hours of no sleep, so we tend to act pretty silly throughout. Worth a listen if you want to hear us slam stuff, while suffering from lack of zzz's. Alcander again hangs out with us. File size: 22 megs.

Intro: Girl/Boy song
Artist: Aphex Twin

Outro: Walk This Land
Artist: E.Z. Rollers

Wjdi show ep:9.

Ah yes, the show ye have all been waiting for: The Episode Three show!! And it's Spoileriffic!! (so if you haven't seen the movie yet, don't download this till you do. You've been warned.) Actually, this is the first of... well at least two shows, probably more. This is a huge "part one" though; we gush over the film for 2 hours! And once again we're graced with Alcander's presence, as he gives his own opinions. Hope you can stand us for that long. Seriously though, we go over some interesting points, as well as talk about some of the more memorable scenes. Also, this is the first show recorded with Teamspeak. Sound is a little fuzzy, but listenable. We've gotten the kinks worked out since then. enjoy! File size: 47 megs! Sorry....

Intro: So Vain
Artist: Breakage

Outro: Atlantis
Artist: LTJ Bukem

Wjdi show ep:10.

The second installment of the Ep3 discussion. This is a long one, 78 minutes. Will give a more detailed discription later. File size: 28 megs

Intro: Last of the Red Hot Brethren
Artist: Fila Brazillia

Outro: Good Fighter
Artist: Capcom, Street Fighter 3 New Generation remixes

Wjdi show ep:11.

The third installment of our Ep3 discussion. File size: 26 megs.

Intro: Circles
Artist: Adam F

Outro: Elysian Fields
Artist: J Majik

Wjdi show ep:12.

The fourth installment of the Ep3 discussion. Yes, we still keep blabbing about it, but this time we got some more people to yip yap with, Alcander, Rev, Xiren, a then newcomer to the site. This show was also done when we freed ourselves from Ezboard and made our own message board to play around in. Around 79 minutes long, so get our the snacks. File size: 27 megs

Intro: No Mind
Artist: Happy Campers

Outro: So Long
Artist: Mr Scruff

Wjdi show ep:13.

The Fifth freakin' installment of the Ep3 discussion. Well sorta. We talk about a lot of stuff here (deep stuff at times), but it does link back to Ep3. Evem more insights, snaffus, and nerdy comments were had over this movie. Rev wasn't with us unfortunatly, but at least Alcander and Xiren was. Also get a bit of site and Lucasfilm related news out of the way. Around 104 minutes (we just can't shut up). File size: 36 megs

Intro: Rush
Artist: Cowboy Bebop

Outro: Duality
Artist: DJ Krush and DJ Shadow

Wjdi show ep:14.

The Sixth freakin' installment of the Ep3 discussion! This is getting ridiculous now: mow many damn shows can we do about one movie?!? And it's pretty much all we talk about in this one! Well, more about the dvd really, but still! Interestingly, this is one of the "lost shows"... two were done after the 13th one, but were somehow lost in transition. The second of the two is this one right here. Alcander again joins us... he's pretty much part of the show now, and he lets us know a little what' it's like to be in school for movie special effects and cg animation. This will be the last show where we focus primarily on Revenge of the Sith... shows after this will be about whatever else we damn well feel like talking about, as we promised in the begining of this show. Around 75 minutes. File size: 36 megs

Intro: Thrill
Artist: dZihan and Kamien

Outro: Dear Tryphonite
Artist: Nor Elle

Wjdi show ep:15.

After over a year of not putting out anything, we're back with our fifteenth show! The first in our third season (after so long between shows, this is pretty much a third season), we tackle a rather big topic; Alcander and I talk about our favorite EU authors (Timothy Zhan and Matthew Stover, respectively), and rant about just how bad the books have gotten since the New Jedi Order series. It's quite possible that some of the things we say here are going to piss some people off. To that we say: tough. It's long past time the Star War's books, and Sci Fi/Fantasy books in general, finaly grew up. The latest series of books (Legacy of the Force) are horrible in this regard, and we spend time explaining why. A long time in fact. The show is about 101 minutes. File size: 45 megs

Intro: Flammable (Tango Remix)
Artist: Johnny Jungle

Outro: Taste Strange
Artist: Dj Food

Kjdi Shows

Kjdi show ep:1.

First official show, the one that started it all. Sah'ar and guest Alora Yume discuss the whole "Jedi Religion" movement. File size: 10 megs

Intro: unknown, have to get my CD back
Artist: unknown

Outro: ditto
Artist: see above

Kjdi show ep:2.

Here's the second kjdi radio show. The topic is about the Star Wars movies, and whether it's gotten too commercial. Guest: Ezra Kye Poh. File size: about 7 megs.

PS: (yeah, I know, I could have picked some cooler tunes to begin and end with (even though I love John Williams' music), but ezra insisted... *shrugs*)

Intro: Star Wars Opening Theme
Artist: John Williams

Outro: Duel of the Fates
Artist: John Williams

Kjdi show ep:3.

Ok, here is the third episode, made special by my two guests, Aila Aolani and Velvet Brown (later to be known as Jitka). It's also an interesting show, as we discuss the project started by Velvet (ie, Jitka) to make a farm located community for us to live and teach. Checks it out. :) By the way, this show has to have one of the best intro tunes I've ever picked, just for pure silliness alone....

... also has one of my better outro's too. :) File size: about 11 megs.

Intro: Ego Trippin'
Artist: De la Soul

Outro: I be Blown'
Artist: De la Soul
